Therefore we designed the most effective workouts in the world. By personal attention, measurable results and passion we will help you to get maximum results in little time. Everybody can join our indoor training sessions on and off the bike at his/her own level.
We offer two strengthening training types (PowerLoad and PowerBalance). These classes are next to the bike and will offer you a very effective sessions to get stronger. Besides we have four different cardio workouts (PowerWorks, ClimbWorks, BlockWorks, SpeedWorks). For these we use 25 new Skillbikes from Technogym, because cycling is the ideal way for getting fit in an effective way: everybody can do it, results are measurable and there is a low risk of getting injured.
Our workouts are written in English and some are English spoken as well. All our trainers speak English, so you will be able to follow every training session.
